The transition from junior tennis to university competition is a critical phase. Our Competitive Approach

• Tournament-Specific Drills: We analyze the format of Khelo India and North Zone Inter-University matches. This includes preparing for high-pressure tie-breaks and rapid recovery between daily rounds.
• Surface Versatility: With training on both clay and hard courts at R.K. Khanna Tennis Stadium, our athletes are prepared for the varying conditions of university venues across India.
• Coaching Oversight: I work directly with our university athletes to manage their load. We balance intensive SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) sessions with tactical periodization, ensuring they peak exactly when the tournament calendar demands it.
