Collegiate Tennis Training for University Circuits
Getting a spot on a university tennis team requires more than just raw talent. We focus on match simulation, high-intensity conditioning, and competitive strategy to prepare you for trials at top institutions.
We are elated with Yashovardhan Singh Kundu's performance, securing a silver medal at the Aparajit 2025 Sports Fest. He represented Amity University, Noida, bringing laurels to both his university and our academy.
A big congratulations to our player Piyush Priyadarshi for securing third position at Sportikon 2025. He represented his college, Bennett University, and showed great form to win this medal.
It is always a proud moment to see our players represent prestigious institutions. Here is Piyush Priyadarshi holding his University of Delhi team jersey before competing in the Inter University Tennis Tournament.
Another one of our players shining at the collegiate level. Ambermani Jha secured the second position for his institution at Sangathan 2024, the 25th Inter Amity sports meet, after a hard-fought final.
We celebrate every achievement, big or small. This is from the previous year's Sangathan 2023 meet, where Ambermani Jha also secured the runner-up position in the lawn tennis tournament for Amity University.
About Collegiate Tennis Champions
Winning a university tennis spot often comes down to how you handle pressure in that final set. We don't just drill strokes. We run internal practice matches with tracked scoring and mental toughness blocks specifically designed to mirror the intense pressure of DU, Amity, or Bennett University trials.
Training for the Collegiate Level
College-level tennis is a different ball game. While recreational play focuses on rallies, the university circuit demands speed, endurance, and precise decision-making under stress. Our Collegiate Performance Program is built for players who are serious about representing their institution. You will be training six days a week, with sessions that balance technical stroke refinement with rigorous athletic conditioning.
The Performance Regimen
We use agility ladders, sprints, and interval training to ensure you have the stamina for those long, multi-round tournament days. What sets this program apart is the match simulation. We track scores and pressure-test your game, simulating the environment of actual university trials.
Whether you are aiming for a berth in the DU tennis squad or competing at the Inter-Amity Sangathan, our senior coaches work in a small group setting—one coach to four players—to give you the tactical feedback needed to adjust your game on the fly. We also manage ball quality, using fresh pressurized balls twice weekly to ensure you are used to the bounce you will see in tournament conditions. This is a full-time commitment to the sport, and we expect the same dedication from our players that we put into every session.
