About Bollywood for Adults: No-Judgement Zone
Our evening batches at Nexus Mall are designed to help you de-stress after work, not to drill complex technique. We focus on simple, repeatable routines so you can find your groove, laugh, and actually enjoy the music without feeling self-conscious about your steps.
Whether you think you have two left feet or haven't danced since school, this is the place to start. We are located right here in Whitefield, at Nexus Mall and Nallurahalli, with batch timings that fit a working professional's schedule—most run twice a week for an hour.
We aren't about perfecting classical form here; we are about letting the music take over. You will learn everything from current trending tracks to classic Bollywood numbers, all taught by our instructors who break every movement down into simple, easy-to-follow steps. If you are worried about the floor, don't be. Our studio is built with professional wooden laminate flooring, which provides the right shock absorption for your knees while you dance.
The environment is completely non-judgmental. We have students joining us at all levels, from total novices to those who just want a fun workout that doesn't feel like a gym session. You’ll be in a group with others, making it a great way to meet people in the neighborhood. We also film the end-of-routine choreography so you have something fun to look back on. Come by for a drop-in session if you want to test the water before committing to a monthly subscription.
