My personal favorite is the Shami Kebab, and I can dawa karta hoon (claim) that nobody makes it better than us. We use a secret recipe with 32 different spices, passed down through generations. It's crispy on the outside and perfectly soft inside.

It is this exact recipe, passed down from my great-grandfather, that stays consistent in every box we pack for your table.
Our kitchen in Bhendi Bazaar has been running since 1923, and the secret to our taste lies in patience. While many places rush the process, we stick to the old ways. Our Haleem simmers for 8 to 12 hours, and our Nalli Nihari is prepared overnight, allowing the spices to infuse deeply into the meat. This isn't about fancy presentation, it is about the flavor profile that has kept us relevant for generations.
