Balloon Configuration
- Ceiling Decor: Approx. 40-50 air-filled latex balloons attached to the ceiling using removable tape, each with dangling ribbons.
- Floor Fillers: 20-30 loose balloons scattered on the floor to add volume.
- Foil Highlights: 1 set of occasion-specific foil balloons (Birthday/Anniversary/Love) mounted on the wall or headboard, plus 2-3 heart or star accents.
Floral & Romantic Details
- Rose Petals: 400-500g of fresh rose petals used to write a short message (e.g., HBD, I <3 U) on the bed or floor.
- Theme: Classic Red & White or Red & Gold color palette.
Execution
- Staff: 1 Decorator.
- Duration: Setup completes in 45-60 minutes.
- Requirement: A stool or ladder is required from the client for ceilings higher than 10ft.
Romantic Canopy Tent with Fairy Lights
The Canopy Structure
- Tent Setup: Sheer white net fabric draped in a tent shape over the bed (using a ceiling hook) or as a floor-sitting cabana.
- Lighting: 4-6 strings of warm white LED fairy lights intertwined with the fabric to create a glowing tunnel effect.
Balloon Decor
- Quantity: Approx. 100 balloons total used in the setup.
- Arrangement: Includes a cluster at the tent peak and loose balloons scattered inside the canopy and around the room.
- Message Foils: Cursive 'Love' foil or 'Just Married' banner placed on the back wall or pillows.
Atmosphere
- Floral: Heavy sprinkling of rose petals on the mattress inside the canopy, arranged in a simple heart design.
- Logistics: Requires a ceiling fan hook or a clear 6x6 ft floor space. Setup takes 60-90 minutes.
Car Boot Surprise Reveal
The Reveal Mechanism
- Balloon Stuffing: 30-40 air-filled latex balloons (Red/White mix) packed tightly into the boot for a spill-out effect upon opening.
- Door Decor: Curling ribbons and paper/foil bunting (I Love You / Happy Birthday) taped to the inner hatchback door.
Lighting & Accents
- Illumination: 1-2 strings of battery-operated fairy lights woven among the balloons for night visibility.
- Focal Point: 2 large 18-inch heart-shaped foil balloons placed centrally.

- Signage: A circular or cloth backdrop featuring a generic Rentable Neon Sign (Happy Birthday / Anniversary).
- Balloon Garland: An organic-style L-shaped arch made of approx. 200 mixed-size balloons in Black/Gold or custom colors.
Flooring & Furniture
- Ground Cover: Artificial green grass mat laid inside the cabana.
- Seating: Decor for existing chairs or provision of 2 simple decorated plastic chairs.
Site Requirements
- Power: Extension cord/power point required on the terrace.
- Time: Setup requires 2-3 hours.
