Why Train on Mud?

Most modern training happens on mats, but mud kabaddi training provides a different kind of intensity. The soft yet uneven ground requires better footwork, faster reflexes, and a higher level of physical endurance. It is tougher on the lungs and the legs, which is exactly why it produces stronger athletes.

Our Facility Features:

• Daily Maintenance: Our courts are prepared daily to ensure consistent levels of hardness and depth for safe landings.
• Evening Lighting: We utilize halogen floodlights to extend practice hours, ensuring that even those with school or work commitments during the day can get their training in.
• Outdoor Conditioning: You will not find gym machines on our grounds. We use tractor tires for flipping and ropes for strength, which mimics the functional power needed during a raid or a tackle.

Whether you are a sub-junior just learning the rules or a senior player preparing for Delhi state trials, these grounds provide the same no-nonsense environment.
