The Design & Build Process
I believe in absolute transparency. Here is a look behind the scenes, from our initial site discussions and the 'Shubharambh' to the final finishing touches that turn your house into a home.

About The Design & Build Process
The most critical step in my process is the framing stage. I insist on a double-check of all measurements and carpentry drawings before the laminate, or sunmica, application begins. Once that layer goes on, making changes becomes difficult and costly. Locking these details early ensures we hit the exact finish you visualized without surprises.
Transparency is the foundation of my work. When I say 'turnkey,' it means I manage the entire journey—from the initial consultation to the final handover—so you do not have to chase carpenters, painters, or electricians.
The Start: Shubharambh
Every project begins with a 'Shubharambh' pooja to bring positivity into your future home. It is a tradition I value deeply, as it sets the tone for the entire project. After this, we move to the crucial phase of site visits in your home. Whether it is a flat in Chembur, a renovation in Bhandup, or a fresh layout in Kurla, I visit every site personally to understand the space constraints and your family's needs.
Execution and Quality Control
During the site visits, I discuss the floor plan, modular kitchen layout, and storage solutions. My team and I focus on the structural integrity before the aesthetic work begins. You will see us reviewing drawings with carpenters on-site, ensuring that the heavy-duty plywood framework matches the exact dimensions required for features like hydraulic storage beds or swivel study tables. We prioritize high-grade BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine ply for wet areas and ensure every switch point and light fixture is perfectly aligned.
Why Detailed Planning Matters
My process relies on early decision-making. We select the color palette, laminates, and finishes during the design phase. By finalizing these choices early, we avoid delays and ensure the finished product matches your vision perfectly. When the final touches—like installing a chandelier or finishing an accent wall—are complete, my job is done only when your family is happy and the kids are excited about their new space.
