About Maharashtrian Pride: Shivaji & Vitthal Themes
Getting these cultural shots is never about rushing your little one. Whether it is a royal turban for a Shivaji theme or a delicate tulsi mala for a Vitthal session, I plan every setup around your baby's comfort. If they need a break for feeding or a nap, we stop. You get genuine smiles and cherished memories, not forced poses.
Bringing Aamchi Sanskriti to Life
Preserving our heritage through photography is something very close to my heart. My Maharashtrian-themed sessions go beyond just costumes; they are about connecting the next generation with our roots.
The Shivaji Maharaj Theme For our little Mavlas, I use miniature forts, regal royal chairs, and authentic-looking turbans to create a powerful, historical portrait. It is a celebration of our history and the spirit of the Maratha Empire, scaled down to fit your baby’s size.
The Vitthal & Warkari Theme There is a unique peace in the Vitthal setup. Using soft props like the tulsi mala, dholki, and traditional white dhoti, I aim to capture that serene, divine joy of a little Warkari. These photos are often used for birth announcements and special family milestones because they carry such a distinct, soulful emotion.
My Approach to Baby Photography
Photography in this space requires patience. Whether you come to my Vashi studio or prefer a home visit, the session is entirely child-led.
- Safe Handling: My props and backdrops are sanitized, and all costume materials are baby-safe and soft on delicate skin.
- Flexibility: Babies have their own schedule. I block out enough time so we can accommodate feeding, burping, or just calming them down if they get a bit tired.
- Inclusive: While the focus is on the baby, I love including parents and grandparents. These themes often become a bridge between generations, and having a grandparent in the frame makes the memory even more special.
If you have a specific vision for your baby’s first cultural portrait, reach out. We can discuss colors, setup styles, and how to make the day stress-free for both you and your child.
