The story of a new baby is also the story of a growing family. These sessions are designed to capture the complete picture: the tender glances between parents and the protective embrace of a big brother or sister.

A perfect stack of love. This is the first family portrait, a memory of when four became one beautiful unit, full of smiles and sleepy newborn sighs.

A fairytale beginning for these two. A protective older brother gives his new baby sister a gentle kiss, a promise of a lifetime of looking out for her.

A timeless black and white family portrait. This classic style focuses purely on the emotion and connection, creating an heirloom that will be treasured for generations.

Two hearts became three. A quiet, tender moment as new parents embrace their baby, a memory of the beginning of their greatest adventure together.

The purest joy. I love capturing these candid, playful moments between parents and their growing baby during our milestone sessions.

A father's love, reflected in his smile. These are the quiet, in-between moments I strive to capture, showing the deep, personal connection with a new baby.

A mother holds her world in her arms. This portrait, with its soft lighting and elegant gown, captures the grace and strength of new motherhood.

A mother and her happy six-month-old. These milestone sessions are perfect for capturing the playful interactions and beautiful bond that grows every day.

A big brother's gentle hold. I make sure to include older siblings in the photoshoot, capturing the start of their special relationship in a safe and comfortable way.

A kiss for mama. This candid moment shows the love and joy that fills the studio during a family newborn session.

About Family & Sibling Love

I know getting a toddler to sit still for a portrait is often a challenge, but I never force rigid poses. During these sessions, I prefer letting the older sibling interact naturally with the baby—a gentle kiss, a soft touch, or just holding them close—which often turns into the most beautiful, authentic frame of the day.

Creating a family portrait when you have a newborn and an older sibling is a delicate dance. In my Mumbai and Pune studios, I focus on the 'first family portrait'—the moment everything shifts from a duo to a trio or a quartet.

Why candid matters

I steer clear of stiff, formal setups where everyone looks at the camera with forced grins. Instead, I capture the in-between moments: the way a big brother looks at his new sister with wonder, or the tired but blissful smile of a parent during a feeding break. These are the details you’ll want to remember years from now.

Managing the flow

A family session with siblings requires flexibility. I allocate extra time—typically two hours for the Standard session—to allow for feeding, soothing, and playtime. If the older sibling needs a break or wants to explore the studio, we pause. The goal is a relaxed, stress-free environment where no one feels pressured to perform.

Whether you choose the Standard Family Session or the Premium Package, the focus remains on your unique bond.

  • Styling: I guide parents on color coordination to keep the focus on the faces and the emotion, not the outfits.
