About Ayurvedic Bath Ritual: Herbal Ubtan
You will notice the texture is quite coarse compared to store-bought washes because it is made from ground Kashmiri mamra almonds. Always mix a small amount with warm milk, yogurt, or rose water to form a soft paste before applying. Avoid rubbing too hard; just a gentle massage is enough to exfoliate dead skin and help clear fine baby hair without causing any irritation to their soft skin.
My Approach to Traditional Bathing
I created this Ubtan as a modern, safe alternative to commercial soaps that are often filled with sulfates and artificial fragrances. When I couldn't find a chemical-free way to cleanse my own child, I went back to the basics.

You can leave it on for a minute before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.
