I make these without any harsh chemical hardeners, so they nourish your skin while cleaning it. Each bar also comes in a reusable cotton potli bag, which is my little way of keeping things eco-friendly and making your morning routine feel special.
I started making these soaps because I was tired of seeing sulphates and parabens in everything at the supermarket. My soaps are different because I use raw, real ingredients. For instance, my Ubtan soap is packed with wild turmeric, licorice, and almond oil to help fade tan and give you a natural glow. If you struggle with acne or blemishes, the Red Sandalwood bar, which uses real Mysore sandalwood powder, works wonders to soothe inflammation.
Everything is handmade, meaning no two bars are exactly the same. I use a cold-process method to keep the nutrients in the oils active. Because there are no synthetic foaming agents, you might need to rub the soap on your palm a bit longer than usual to get that lather, but your skin will thank you for it later.
