About Lifelike Portraits in Mehndi

Getting a lifelike portrait on your hand takes more than just skill; it needs time. For these designs, I use an ultra-fine tip cone to capture the exact likeness of your facial features from the photos you share. It is a 6 to 8-hour process where I personally handle every line, ensuring the portraits look just like you and your partner, not just generic sketches.

When you choose a portrait design, you are not just getting a pattern; you are getting a custom sketch of your life story. Whether it is a Varmala scene, the baraat, or your first proposal, I draw it all using natural, triple-sifted henna.

My Process

  • Consultation: We discuss the key moments you want to include. Bring photos of your outfits and the specific poses you want for the portraits.
  • The Drawing: This is a long sitting. Because I focus on fine details like facial expressions, please plan for a dedicated 6 to 8-hour window. I use an ultra-fine tip to ensure the portraits are recognizable.
  • Materials: I only use 100% natural henna mixed with eucalyptus and clove oil. No chemicals, just the best organic paste to ensure a deep, dark stain for your big day.

Customization

Everything is flexible. If you want to include family members, parents, or even a pet, just tell me beforehand. I have spent 17 years perfecting the art of symmetry and detail in Tilak Nagar. My studio is based here, but I travel across Delhi NCR for bridal bookings. If you are looking for a design that is truly yours and not just a catalog copy, we should talk.
