We use heavy-gauge steel framing and insulated glass panels to ensure your new room stays cool in the summer and remains structurally secure against high winds, creating a comfortable, usable space year-round rather than just a decorative feature.
Engineering Your Rooftop Space
Our approach to all-weather rooms starts with site safety. A terrace structure must withstand specific wind loads and thermal expansion. We use heavy-duty mild steel (MS) fabrication for the core framework, treated with anti-rust epoxy primers and PU paint for durability in the Delhi NCR climate.
Thermal and Structural Integrity
We install toughened glass (10mm or 12mm) or double-glazed units (DGU) to manage heat gain. For the interior, we focus on thermal insulation layers in the ceiling to keep the temperature manageable during hot summer months. Whether you are adding a home office like our Sushant Lok project or a media room as seen in our Palam Vihar work, we ensure the space is fully functional with electrical provisions for AC, lighting, and entertainment systems.
The Design-to-Build Process
We do not guess; we design. Every project begins with a 3D render. This phase allows us to map out the exact placement of sliding doors, ceiling heights, and furniture layouts. Once you approve the render, our team handles the entire execution, from pouring the foundation for the steel grid to installing the interior finishes like laminate flooring or false ceilings. We bring the indoors out, providing a secure, weather-proof extension of your home.
