About this collection
Every project starts with a detailed 3D render. We present this layout to you before any construction begins, allowing us to finalize materials, lighting placement, and structural elements like pergolas or seating. This phase removes guesswork and ensures the final build is exactly what you approved.
Our Approach to Rooftop Construction
We specialize in full-service execution for residential and commercial outdoor spaces in Delhi NCR. We manage the civil work, fabrication, and landscaping, eliminating the need for you to coordinate multiple contractors.
Structural and Weather-Proof Design
For major structures like pergolas and glass houses, we utilize heavy-duty MS (mild steel) framing. This provides the necessary load-bearing capacity and stability required for rooftop installations. Our glass enclosures use 10mm or 12mm toughened glass, often paired with sun-control films or thermal insulation layers on the roof to maintain a comfortable temperature inside. These spaces are fully wired for lighting, fans, and climate control, essentially extending your indoor living area to the terrace.
Landscaping and Hardscaping
We balance aesthetics with maintenance. We install high-density artificial turf (35mm-40mm) for a clean, evergreen look, or prepare specific zones for natural grass. Our hardscaping approach uses a combination of weather-resistant outdoor porcelain tiles, stone pavers, and wooden decking (WPC or natural teak finish) to define walkways and seating zones.
Ambient Lighting and Final Touches
We believe lighting determines the usability of a terrace after sunset. We install IP65-rated waterproof LED strips under seating and planter edges, combined with COB spotlights to highlight specific trees or architectural features. Whether you require a vertical garden for a narrow balcony or a comprehensive lounge setup with a bar counter and water feature, we tailor the material selection and layout to your specific property constraints.
