When you walk onto the field for our trials, we are looking for more than just textbook technique. We need to see if you have the 'NICE' spirit—fearless, expressive, and ready to compete.
We run official selections for Palar Sports Club and Zodiac Cricket Club. These are your gateways to KSCA state-level leagues across U-14, U-16, U-19, and First Division categories. We conduct these trials periodically to ensure our squads are ready for the competitive season.
Our selection process involves:
- Match Simulation: You will be tested in real-time scenarios rather than just open nets. We want to see how you handle a chase, a collapse, or a tight bowling spell.
- Technical & Mental Assessment: Our coaches look at your fundamentals, but also your body language. Do you bounce back after a bad ball? Do you lead the team chant? That matters to us.
