Getting into the state system requires more than natural talent; it demands an understanding of match-day pressure. We simulate real KSCA 5th Division conditions during our training sessions, focusing on shot selection under fatigue and bowling accuracy, so you are technically and mentally ready when scouts are watching.
Training for Competitive Cricket
Our cricket program is built on a simple premise: to play at the state level, you must train like a state-level athlete. We do not focus on static net sessions. Our coaches prioritize match simulation, tactical positioning, and consistent physical conditioning. We treat every session as preparation for a competitive fixture.
The Pathway to Selection
We manage the administrative and developmental hurdles that often stall young careers:
- Official Registration: We assist with AIFF and KSCA player registrations, ensuring your technical paperwork is handled correctly from the start.
- Scouting & Internal Tournaments: We host events like the Shooterz Selectors Cup to identify talent for our competitive squads. This provides a direct pipeline for players to move from training to match-day performance.
- League Exposure: Our teams actively participate in the KSCA 5th Division and U-14 leagues. This provides the essential, high-pressure match exposure against diverse teams across Bengaluru that you cannot replicate in a practice setting.
Infrastructure & Methodology
Training takes place at our Whitefield and TC Palya arenas, featuring artificial turf and netted cricket wickets. Sessions focus on:
- Technical Drills: Batting alignment, bowling action refinement, and fielding agility.
- Fitness: Plyometric drills and strength work to build endurance for longer formats.
- Tactical Awareness: Understanding field placements and game situations.
We track progress with quarterly assessments to ensure your development aligns with the specific demands of state selectors. If you are serious about a cricket career, we provide the platform to make it happen.

We are Bengaluru Shooterz. We scout talent from our academy grounds and place them directly into official KSCA league matches. Our goal is to make sure every young cricketer we train has a clear, proven route to state-level selection.
