The 'En le ivattu ootakke?' (What's for lunch?) tradition is not just a catchphrase, but our way of decompressing after intense sessions, ensuring that while the training is professional, the atmosphere remains grounded and connected.
Success at NICE is not just about the numbers on the scoreboard. We believe that a cricketer who feels supported, teased, and celebrated is a cricketer who plays without fear. Whether it is our NICE Devils women's team sweeping titles or our U-14 squads fighting through league matches, the goal remains the same: play with guts and have fun.

We host internal IPL fantasy auctions, organize cricket tours to challenge players in new conditions, and ensure parents are as much a part of the journey as the athletes.
