Bridging the gap between theory and courtroom practice through structured, expert-led legal discussions for the bar.

It was an honour to be on the panel for "The 1st Discourse" on Criminal and Constitutional Jurisprudence. Sharing the stage with esteemed judges and senior colleagues to discuss complex legal issues is vital for the intellectual growth of our bar.

Speaking at the discourse on law. I believe that sharing knowledge is a giant leap for our profession. Events like these are crucial for fostering a culture of continuous learning and intellectual debate among lawyers.

A picture with my fellow panelists after the event. Engaging in deep discussions on topics like the presumption of innocence and fair trial with such legal luminaries is both a privilege and a pleasure.

The full panel and the organizing team of the discourse. It takes a collective effort to create platforms for knowledge sharing, and I am proud to be part of such initiatives that benefit our entire legal community.

The Bar Association should be a welfare association, meant for the benefit of its members. My goal is to effect a change where our democracy is strengthened and the focus is returned to elevating the welfare and lives of every lawyer. Your voice matters in this mission.

I look at the presidency as the biggest brief of my life, a brief from the bar itself. I intend to put the same passion into this role as I do into my pro bono work and my practice. It is not a question of finding time; it is a question of commitment.

About this collection

These aren't dry academic lectures. My discourse sessions are structured as 90 to 120-minute collaborative workshops, bringing together High Court judges and senior advocates to break down complex issues like digital evidence and constitutional law into practical, courtroom-ready knowledge that you can use immediately.

Building a Culture of Learning

I believe the law is a living entity, and as practitioners, we must keep learning every single day. My goal is to break the wall between juniors and seniors, ensuring knowledge flows freely through our halls. These sessions serve as the foundation for the Lawyers' Academy I hope to build.

What to Expect

  • Structured Learning: We cover 90 to 120 minutes of material, focusing on niche but critical topics like Ecology, Wildlife Protection, and the nuances of Digital Evidence. It is dense, practical information, not theory.
  • Direct Access: Every panel is composed of three key voices, including myself and invited High Court Judges or domain experts. You get to engage directly with the bench.
  • Bilingual Delivery: To ensure everyone feels included, we deliver content in both English and Hindi. Accessibility is non-negotiable for me.
  • Networking: We always end with a High Tea session. This is intentional. It is the time for juniors to actually speak with the bench and senior counsel in a relaxed setting, removing the intimidation factor of the courtroom.

The Logistics

We handle the heavy lifting. From coordinating with High Court Auditoriums or Bar Rooms to setting up the full AV and projection equipment, my team manages the production. We even partner with platforms like LiveLaw to ensure these discourses reach those who cannot attend in person. If you are part of a bar association or a legal study group looking to host a session that actually moves the needle, let us talk.

I have spent over 30 years in the courtroom, but I believe the true strength of our profession lies in how we sharpen each other. Whether you are a student or a seasoned practitioner, I want to bridge the gap between our generations through honest, rigorous legal debate.
