About The Grind: This is Viking Territory
We don't cancel for rain or heavy clouds. Our sessions run on high-grade surfaces at Dombivli Gymkhana and Guardian Sports Academy, where we focus on high-intensity drills that keep your heart rate up for the full 60 or 90 minutes. You won't just learn to pass here; you'll learn to maintain composure under pressure and play like you actually mean it.
The Grind is the heart of our academy because that is where the real work happens. We operate on a 'no-shortcut' policy, meaning every session is packed with rapid-fire passing, tactical positioning, and physical conditioning.
What to Expect
Whether you are in our U5-U12 Grassroots program or our Advanced Squad (U13-U19), the intensity remains the constant. We use modern agility equipment and match-grade balls, moving away from slow, stagnant drills. Our coaches, who are all AIFF certified, demand focus. If you are sloppy, we fix it. If you are tired, we push you further.
The Viking Mentality
We build players who show up, put in the sweat, and own the pitch. This is the environment that has helped our teams secure over 62 trophies across Mumbai and beyond. We train to compete, which is why our advanced batches participate in the Thane Football Association Youth League and prepare for state-level trials.
Practical Details
- Training Locations: We rotate across premium turfs in Dombivli and Thakurli including Hatrics Dombivli Gymkhana and J P Sports Turf.
- Batch Structure: We keep batch sizes moderate (15-20 players) so you aren't just a face in the crowd. Our coaches give individual feedback on your footwork and tactical awareness.
- Weather Policy: We train in light to moderate rain. We believe mental toughness starts by not letting a little water change your game plan.
