About Girls' Squad: Fearless on the Field
We don't segregate our intensity based on gender. Our girls train right alongside the boys in mixed sessions or specialized competitive squads, working on the exact same drills, agility ladders, and tactical formations. When you step onto the Dombivli turf with us, you are not just a 'girl footballer', you are a Viking, expected to hustle, sweat, and fight for every ball just like the rest of the squad.

How We Train
Our girls' squad follows the same rigorous curriculum as our competitive beasts. This includes:
- AIFF Certified Coaching: You get the same mentorship, tactics, and technical feedback that our pro-pathway players receive.
- Conditioning & Agility: We focus on match-grade fitness. Sprints, ladder drills, and endurance training are part of every 90-minute session.
- Yoga Integration: We align our training with flexibility work because physical conditioning is only half the battle. Mental focus is where matches are actually won.
Where We Play
We operate across key turfs in Dombivli, including Hatrics Dombivli Gymkhana, Guardian Sports Academy, and J P Sports Turf. We train rain or shine, so if you are looking for a girls football academy in Mumbai that doesn't cancel sessions just because of a little drizzle, you have found your home.
