About On-Field Training: Grit & Technique
What sets our sessions apart is the environment. We do not just use turf; we incorporate sand drills at Chowpatty to build natural balance and explosive power. Our coach-to-student ratio is kept strictly between 1:10 and 1:12, ensuring that every player gets direct, immediate feedback on their footwork and decision-making during every scrimmage.

Football is a game of millimeters and split-second decisions. At SMFA, we strip away the fluff to focus on the basics of high-performance sport. Our curriculum covers everything from passing mechanics to advanced physical conditioning. We believe that if you cannot execute the basics under pressure, you cannot compete at a higher level.
