You will notice our players finishing their sessions with ice baths instead of just packing up and heading home. This is a non-negotiable part of our recovery protocol overseen by our physiotherapist, Dr. Mustafa. We prioritize this because keeping our athletes injury-free and ready for the next day's training is just as important as the football drills themselves, whether the players are training in Powai, Goregaon, or Borivali.
