Our sessions are designed to fit your pace, not a rigid schedule. You might find us on the open-air Aurora Deck for a sunrise Vinyasa flow or in our tranquil indoor studio for a Hatha session. We integrate sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls to help you transition from the rush of the city to the stillness of our Nandi Hills home.

Whether you are a regular practitioner or new to yoga, our sessions are inclusive. We offer day passes for those visiting from Bengaluru for the day, which include access to our facilities, or you can opt for a full wellness getaway if you want to extend your stay in our bungalows. We recommend booking your session in advance, as we keep our groups small to ensure a personal, undisturbed experience.
