About this collection
In projects like the TVS Car Auction Centre in Madhavaram, our design priority was spatial ergonomics. We installed tiered seating to guarantee clear sightlines and created acoustic zones to assist the bidding process. This strategic planning is fundamental to our interior design approach, ensuring that your commercial facility's layout directly supports its primary operational functions.
Our commercial and institutional interior services go beyond aesthetics to focus on workflow performance. We analyze how your staff and visitors move through a space, integrating lighting design and acoustic treatments to maintain productivity and comfort.
Our Design Methodology
We begin by auditing your current operational requirements. For office environments, this includes Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) to manage ductwork and cabling, alongside Lux level calculations to ensure workspaces are neither over-lit nor dim. Our focus is on durable, low-maintenance materials, such as high-grade laminates and engineered flooring, selected for long-term wear in high-traffic zones.
Branding & Visual Integration
Your office is a communication tool. We integrate corporate identity through custom joinery, wall graphics, and signage placement. Whether it is a feature wall in a reception or a canteen mural reflecting local culture—as seen in our Chennai projects—every visual element is positioned to reinforce your brand's presence.
Technical Support
We provide end-to-end support, including furniture procurement assistance and technical coordination with MEP contractors. This ensures that electrical points, AV setups, and networking grids are finalized before fit-out begins, preventing costly rework. Our service covers:
- Workflow analysis and space planning
- Detailed RCP and lighting design
- Custom joinery for reception and storage
- Acoustic treatments for meeting rooms and halls
- Vendor coordination for fit-outs
Our fee structure for this service ranges from ₹85 to ₹130 per sq. ft., depending on the complexity of the interior detailing and the extent of execution support required.
