Capturing Bonds: Siblings & Family Portraits in Mumbai
From the quiet awe of a big brother meeting his sister to the playful energy of your pets, I love capturing the heart of your growing family. Let’s freeze these messy, beautiful, real-life connections.

About All in the Family: Siblings & Furry Friends
Bringing a toddler and a pet to a photo session is essentially managing organized chaos, and I honestly wouldn't have it any other way. My approach relies on giving everyone space to interact naturally rather than forcing smiles, because I am always waiting for that fleeting moment when a big brother gently touches his new sibling or the dog nudges in for a cuddle. These unplanned, messy interactions are the ones you will actually want to hang on your wall, years after the kids have outgrown their onesies.
I know that family sessions can feel stressful, especially when you are trying to coordinate kids and pets. In my studio in Thane or during an in-home session, I do not chase the perfect, stiff portrait. Instead, I focus on the real—the way your older child holds the baby's hand, or the way your dog watches over the nursery.
Why the mess works
Kids get bored with poses quickly, and that is fine. I find that when we let them play, climb, or show the baby a toy, the expressions we get are so much more authentic than a forced smile.
Bringing your pets
Your pets are family, and I encourage including them. Whether it is a studio portrait or a candid moment at home, having them present helps ground the session in your daily reality. I do ask that we plan these carefully to ensure safety and comfort for everyone involved.
Practical details
Whether we are in my neutral-backdrop studio or your home in Mumbai, the goal is always comfort. I provide props like wooden crates and blankets, but I prefer to keep the focus on your interactions. If you are worried about your pet's temperament or your toddler's energy levels, let me know before we book. We can build the session around their needs, not the other way around.
