About Portraits in Nature's Studio
When we plan your outdoor session, I focus on the golden hour to ensure the softest natural light. I encourage you to bring simple, meaningful props like flowers or personal mementos, and we will keep the session relaxed, walking and talking so I can capture the genuine, unposed moments that tell your real story.
I believe that the best portraits happen when you stop posing and start being. Nature provides a backdrop that is never static, which mirrors how relationships evolve. Whether we are shooting in the open fields near Bengaluru or the quiet landscapes of Hassan, my goal is to document the 'baalella belakirali'—the life full of light.
How I Work Outdoors
We typically schedule these sessions for 3 to 4 hours. This duration allows us to settle into the environment without rushing. We will look for textures and light that complement your personality, whether that is a moody field of tall grass or the warmth of the setting sun.
Practical Details for Your Session
- Outfits: You can bring up to 3 outfit changes. Choose clothes that make you feel like yourself, whether it is something elegant or simply comfortable.
- Props: I love it when couples bring items that hold history, like an ultrasound image, a basket of flowers, or even a cherished book. It makes the photos personal to you.
- Process: Do not worry about being camera-shy. My sessions feel more like a walk in the park with a friend. We move, we laugh, and I capture the in-between moments.
I am available to travel across Karnataka to find the perfect location for your story. If you want to see these moments in motion, we can also discuss adding a cinematic film to your session.
