About Intimate & Candid Moments
I prefer the soft glow of nature over artificial studio lights. For these intimate sessions, we usually meet at an outdoor location during the golden hour, where the natural light perfectly captures the warmth between you. Whether you bring along a pair of baby shoes, an ultrasound scan, or simply choose to wear comfortable clothes that reflect your true self, we will focus on flowing, candid movements rather than stiff poses.
Every session I lead is a janti sambandha—a sacred connection between two hearts. When I shoot, I am looking for the breath you take before you smile, the way your hand rests on your bump, or a stolen glance that speaks louder than words.
My Philosophy and Approach
My photography is not about sitting still. It is about moving through nature—whether it is a quiet park in Bengaluru or the misty hills of Hassan—and letting the environment mirror your emotions. I want the photos to feel like a memory you are re-living, not a pose you had to hold.
Creating Your Story
We start by keeping things simple. If you have an ultrasound photo, tiny baby shoes, or a book you are reading together, bring them along. These personal touches turn a portrait into a story about your life at this exact moment. I use these props to ground the shoot in your reality.
Practical Details for Your Session
- Lighting: I almost exclusively work during Golden Hour to get that soft, dreamy light.
- Wardrobe: Keep it simple. Coordinated colors or neutral tones often work best in nature. If you are comfortable, you look better.
- Comfort: If we are doing a maternity shoot, we take breaks. The session is meant to be a relaxed walk, not a tiring event.
Whether it is the anticipation of your first baby or a quiet moment as a couple, my goal is to give you images that you will look back on years from now and feel that same prema (love).
