About this collection
My maternity and couples sessions are intentionally unhurried. We will spend 2 to 3 hours together in a natural setting, allowing you to settle in so I can capture genuine interactions rather than static, uncomfortable poses.
Every session is built on a foundation of comfort and connection. I prefer to shoot outdoors, utilizing the natural light in Bangalore’s parks or the intimacy of your own garden, to keep the environment relaxed. My approach relies on a 70:30 ratio—the majority of the session is dedicated to candid lifestyle imagery that documents the way you move and interact, while the remaining time is used for intentional, traditional portraits that highlight your connection.
Before we begin, we will have a brief consultation to discuss your vision, including wardrobe choices and color palettes that complement your personal style. I want the final gallery to feel like a visual memoir of this chapter in your life, not just a set of photos. After the session, you will receive 30 to 40 fully retouched, high-resolution digital images. I edit these in a signature mix of vibrant color grading and emotive black and white, ensuring the final set serves as a timeless record of your journey together.
Whether you are documenting the quiet anticipation of expecting a child or simply celebrating a milestone in your relationship, my goal is to strip away the artifice. We will focus on the small, unsaid things—the glances, the hand-holding, and the laughter—that reveal the true story of your bond.
