These short films capture the rhythm of life, from the chaos of a Mumbai sunrise to quiet moments in Sri Lanka. I believe that every frame should make you want to pause and watch it one more time.

A moody and reflective reel about the fast pace of life, using a mix of close-ups, portraits, and Mumbai cityscapes to create a powerful visual narrative.

An experimental short film using macro shots of an eye and text from a book. This reel explores the theme of "going with the flow" through abstract and cinematic visuals.

A short, moody piece showing the creative process from storyboard to screen. I used dramatic lighting and close-ups to create a cinematic feel, all shot with Digitek gear.

A creative edit featuring a model on a beach on a rainy day. This video showcases my editing style with surreal visual effects, fast cuts, and a cool, cinematic color grade.

A travel reel from my trip to Sri Lanka, capturing the golden hour at Galle Face Green in Colombo. The video tells a story of life by the sea, from playing children to bustling food vendors.

About this collection

My style is defined by movement, speed, and intentional sound. When I edit, I am looking for the rhythm in the footage—whether that is a beat-synced transition or a slow, color-graded sequence that sets a mood. You will notice that my videos do not just show a place; they attempt to transport you there, using my Sony A7 IV to capture the light just right and then layering custom sound effects to build the atmosphere.

My Filmmaking Process

I treat every project as a piece of visual storytelling. Whether it is a travelogue from Sri Lanka or a moody Mumbai street scene, the goal is to make the viewer stop scrolling.

The Technical Foundation

  • Camera Work: I shoot exclusively on my Sony A7 IV. It gives me the dynamic range and low-light performance needed to capture textures, from the sweat on a street vendor's brow to the golden hour light hitting the ocean.
  • Post-Production: My editing process happens between Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. I don't just cut clips; I craft a narrative flow. This involves heavy color grading using S-Log3 to get that cinematic look and meticulous sound design. I layer my own SFX—swooshes, ambient noise, and hits—to make sure the audio feels as immersive as the visuals.

Why My Shorts Feel Different I am driven by the feeling of "Ajun thodasa thamb na"—that moment where you want the video to hold for a second longer. It is about balancing fast, energetic cuts with pauses that let the audience breathe. If you are looking for a video that captures the energy of a city, a travel experience, or a brand vibe, my approach is to find the story first and build the technical edits around it.

I am not just providing a service; I am collaborating with you to put your vision onto the screen. If you have a concept, let's sketch it out and make it happen.

I started with a borrowed camera while finishing my B.Pharm degree, and now I live through my lens. My films aren't about flashy transitions for the sake of it; they're about the feeling of a place and the rhythm of the moment. If you want a story that sticks, let's talk.
