About Event Announcements
Most people think they need a partner or professional training to join a Latin night, but at Lush Fridays, that is simply not the case. We skip the stiff club vibe in favor of an open, supportive terrace where you can just grab a partner and find your own flow. Whether you are a total beginner who has never stepped on a floor or a regular looking to spin, our only rule is to leave your hesitation at the door.
Lush Fridays started with a simple goal: bringing the authentic Latin dance scene of New York to the heart of South Delhi. Every Friday from 9:00 PM onwards, we transform the terrace at Flow Brew & Dine at DLF Avenue, Saket, into our dance family’s playground.
We spin a mix of Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba. It is not just about the music; it is about the connection. Even if you have never danced a day in your life, you will find someone to pull you into a Rueda circle or help you learn a basic step.
Why join us?
- No Entry Fee: We keep it free because the community is the priority, not the cover charge.
- Beginner Friendly: We often host quick, open-level icebreaker workshops at 9:30 PM to get everyone moving before the main set.
- The Vibe: It is open-air, under the stars, with string lights and a crowd that ranges from first-timers to pros.
We provide a dedicated space for your bags and shoes, and the venue offers a full food and drink menu, so you can easily turn your dance night into a full weekend plan. You do not need to bring a partner, and you definitely do not need to be an expert. Just show up, listen for the rhythm, and come alive with dance. ¡Vamos!
Moving Souls
After 15 years in Delhi and training in New York, I created Lush Fridays because dance shouldn't be about competition. This is my open-air studio where we swap stress for Latin beats and just connect.
