Why I Run This Camp

Karate for me isn’t just about the dojo time. Ye ek zindagi ka hisa hai (It’s a way of life). Every year, I take my students out of the city and into the hills for our Karate Adventure Camp. Here, we don’t just train - we live and grow together like a real karate family.

What Happens at Camp

• We set up in places like Nainital, right in the heart of nature.
• Training is tough. Sometimes you’ll be punching and kicking while standing in a freezing lake. Sometimes you’re working on your basics in the middle of a forest, or doing kata with mountains all around.
• Treks in karate uniforms? Haan bilkul! (Yes, absolutely!) We trek to places like Saat-tal, building both stamina and team spirit.
• After all the mehnath (hard work), there’s always time for masti (fun). Kids run around, play games, and just enjoy being in the wild.

The Real Test

The camp always ends with the big one - the outdoor Kyokushin belt grading in nature. Everyone gets to show what they’ve learnt. It’s tough, but passing your test here, surrounded by friends and mountains, that’s a memory for life.

This camp is only for students of Mas Oyama Karate Academy Delhi who want to push their boundaries and experience karate outside the usual four walls.
