Our Approach to Archery

Archery is about more than just pulling a string. It is a discipline that builds focus, patience, and upper body strength. At our academy, we focus on technical fundamentals. This starts with proper stance alignment and nocking before you even think about the target. We work on your drawing mechanics to ensure consistency and help you develop a clean, repeatable release.

The Training Environment

We train on an open grass field, which allows us to set targets at multiple distances—10m, 20m, and 30m. This setup lets beginners build confidence at shorter distances before moving on to intermediate and advanced challenges. For conditioning, we include theraband exercises to improve shoulder strength and back stability, which are essential for handling compound bows over time.

Equipment and Progress

We know that committing to a sport can be a big step. For the first one to two months, we provide beginner kits, including Indian Round or standard Recurve bows, along with necessary accessories like arm guards, finger tabs, and arrows. This allows you to learn the basics without heavy upfront costs.

As you progress, we help you understand when it is time to invest in your own gear, especially if you move toward advanced Compound bow training. Our batches are small, which means you get direct feedback on your posture and aim during every session. We hold three to four technical sessions per week, giving your muscles time to recover and your mind time to focus between classes.
