A selection of my recent editorial work, commercial campaigns, and portrait sessions. From high-fashion studio setups to natural light on-location shoots, I focus on imagery that tells a clear story.

This Filmfare cover shoot with Manasi Parekh is a prime example of the powerful, direct portraits I create for editorial features. My focus was on a strong, confident expression and clean lighting to produce a striking cover image.

For this shoot with Ayushmann Khurrana, I used a single, hard light source against a bold red backdrop. This technique creates dramatic shadows and a high-contrast, cinematic feel, perfect for promotional and editorial work.

This is the digital cover I shot for GlobalSpa magazine featuring Jannat Zubair. The goal was to create an image that was both elegant and engaging, using the luxurious location to complement the high-fashion styling.

Capturing movement and energy is key in fashion photography. In this studio shot with Ishita Raj, I worked with flowing fabric and dramatic lighting to create a dynamic and visually arresting image.

This is from a commercial campaign with Uorfi Javed for Lavie. My approach for brand work is to seamlessly integrate the product, ensuring it's the hero while maintaining an aesthetic that is both sophisticated and aspirational.

An actor's portfolio requires authenticity. For this portrait of Varun Mitra, I used soft, natural window light to capture a genuine and approachable expression, providing a headshot that feels both professional and real.

This black and white portrait of Nushrratt Bharuccha showcases my approach to monochrome. By removing color, I can emphasize expression, form, and emotion, resulting in a timeless and impactful close-up.

Here is a brief look at my process during an on-location portrait session. I believe in a collaborative and relaxed environment, which helps me capture the most authentic moments and expressions from the talent I work with.

About Featured

Before booking a shoot, it is worth thinking about the specific look you want to achieve. I work with a dedicated team—stylists and makeup artists—to build a vibe that actually fits your portfolio or campaign needs. If you are coming in for a portrait session, we will spend time nailing the lighting and expressions before we even touch the shutter, so the final images feel authentic rather than just posed.

My Approach to Photography

My work is rooted in collaboration. Whether I am shooting a magazine cover for Filmfare or an actor’s portfolio, the result depends on the synergy between the talent, the stylist, and the lighting design. I focus on creating a visual narrative that cuts through the noise, using techniques that highlight structure, expression, and mood.

Studio vs. On-Location

I adapt my technical approach to your requirements. For studio shoots, I often use dramatic, high-contrast setups or soft, clean lighting depending on the character we are building. For on-location work, I rely on natural architecture and available light to give the images a lifestyle, editorial feel that studio walls cannot replicate.

The Workflow

  1. Concept & Planning: We start by aligning on the vision. For campaigns, this involves mood boarding; for portfolios, we discuss the range you need to cover, such as commercial versus high fashion.
  2. On-Set: My team handles the technical heavy lifting—tethered shooting for immediate review, lighting adjustments, and styling—so you can focus on the performance.
  3. Retouching: Deliverables go through a detailed post-production phase. I focus on skin texture retention and color grading, ensuring the final files are print-ready or optimized for digital display.

Getting Started

If you have a concept in mind, let’s discuss the scope. Whether it is a half-day session for a headshot update or a full-day editorial production, I provide the team and the direction to bring your vision to life.
