About this collection
When I install these panels, I don't just bolt them up. I use a heavy-duty border framework and apply a thorough anti-rust chemical treatment before the final PU paint, because I know what happens to exposed steel in our climate. This is the difference between a screen that starts rusting in a year and one that keeps its sharp finish for a decade.
Balancing Privacy and Airflow
Many clients come to me wanting to enclose their terrace but fearing that a solid wall will turn the space into a hotbox. This is where my CNC panels and jali work really shine. By selecting the right vector patterns, we can block the view from neighbors while allowing breeze to flow through the space naturally.
Material and Durability
I primarily use Mild Steel (MS) sheets ranging from 2mm to 5mm in thickness, depending on the scale of the structure. A thin sheet will warp, so I always weld a border framework using 1-inch or 2-inch hollow pipes to prevent long-term distortion. Every cutout is finished with high-gloss enamel or PU paint to ensure there are no raw edges where rust can take hold.
