Traditional Festive Outfits for Kids
Dressing your little ones for family weddings or festivals shouldn't mean compromising on comfort. I design traditional Angrakha sets and dhoti ensembles that look royal but feel soft, so your child can play freely while looking their festive best.
This complete festive set for a one-month-old baby includes a traditional floral print Angrakha top with tassel ties, paired with comfortable red dhoti pants finished with gota patti borders. It's designed for both style and comfort during family celebrations.

About Traditional & Festive Wear
Choosing festive wear for children is tricky because you want them to look traditional, but they need to be able to move and play. I solve this by using breathable cotton and silk-cotton blends paired with anti-itch stitching techniques, so your child stays happy through the ceremony without any complaints about scratchy lace or tight seams.
For me, festive wear for kids is all about finding the balance between looking traditional and staying practical. You want them to look their best during family pujas or weddings, but if they are not comfortable, the outfit just sits in the closet. That is why I focus heavily on construction.
Why my festive sets are different
Every piece is stitched using anti-itch techniques. I use soft cotton linings for all dhoti sets and kurtas to ensure no rough embroidery backing touches delicate skin. For the dhoti pants, I tailor wide, soft elastic waistbands that are secure but gentle enough not to leave marks on your child's waist.
Customization and details
I love adding those finishing touches like handmade thread tassels and Gota Patti borders. Whether it is an Angrakha top or a festive kurta, you get to choose the prints and fabrics that suit your family's style. I also make sure the dhoti pants are designed to accommodate diapers comfortably, so parents can breathe easy during long events.
The process in Navi Mumbai
If you are in Navi Mumbai, we can meet at my CBD Belapur studio to pick fabrics. We can go over the designs together, discuss the colors, and I will handle the measurements personally. Because every outfit is made-to-order, we have the flexibility to adjust the design to what your child likes best.
