About Party & Birthday Dresses
The biggest challenge with party wear is often the discomfort of itchy fabric. My process fixes this with prick-free engineering. I sandwich the hard net layers and can-can between soft cotton linings, so the structure stays in place for that perfect princess flare, but the fabric against your child's skin remains gentle and breathable.
I build these outfits to last through a full day of birthday excitement—running, dancing, and cake-cutting. Because every child is different, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all party wear.
My Design Process
When you come to my studio in CBD Belapur, we start with a consultation to sketch the specific look you have in mind. We decide on the silhouette—whether it's a structured ballgown or a lighter, playful party dress—and select the materials. I use high-quality net, satin, and organza, but the focus is always on the interior. Every gown is constructed with 3 to 4 layers, including a volumizer like can-can, but it is always separated from the body by a full malmal cotton lining.
The Fitting Experience
To get the perfect fit, especially for toddlers and young girls, I include two trials in the process. We do a shell trial to ensure the bodice fits right and a final fitting to check the trip-proof length. This ensures your child can move freely and confidently.
Custom Details
Whether it is 3D floral appliqués, scattered sequins, or handmade bows, I add the details that make the outfit truly special. If you have a theme for the party, I can match the color palette and motifs to bring that vision to life. I want your child to love wearing their outfit as much as you love seeing them in it.
