We blend science-backed drills with the joy of the game to help young athletes build precision, power, and confidence on the court.

Our summer camp is in full swing. This video shows the energy, the professional equipment, and the expert coaching from a European pro that makes our camp a unique experience.

About Summer Camps & Youth Programs

We don't just teach the kids how to hit a ball. Every session is structured around mechanics—using specific angles for setting and our spiking machines for precision—so they understand the physics behind the play. It is intense, but we balance the sweat with a supportive atmosphere where every mistake is treated as a learning moment, not a failure.

Training with a Purpose

When I design these youth programs, I look at the game through the lens of mathematics and research. Whether it is a U-14 beginner or an U-18 competitor, the goal is to move past brute force and focus on 'Game Sense.'

We utilize FIVB-approved Mikasa balls and specific training aids like hanging spiking targets to ensure that muscle memory is built correctly from day one. You will see us spending significant time on body mechanics—the way a player plants their feet, the angle of their platform during a bump, and the precise moment of contact for a spike. It is about building smart players who can read the game.

The Mintonette+ Environment

Training here is not just about the drills. We maintain a strict 12:1 student-to-coach ratio to ensure that every athlete gets the correction they need. I personally oversee these sessions to make sure that the technical instructions are clear. Beyond the physical, we integrate mental conditioning and hydration strategies to help these kids develop habits that will serve them well beyond the court.

Locations and Structure

We operate at professional-grade outdoor hard courts across Mumbai, including:

  • Chembur: Our base for consistent, daily training.
  • BKC: Focused sessions at the District Sports Club.
  • Navi Mumbai: Training hubs at Nerul Gymkhana.

Our camps run daily for 10-12 days for intensive skill building, while our annual academy sessions allow for deeper, long-term development. Whether you are looking for a summer camp to sharpen skills or a dedicated weekly program to build a foundation, we are here to help your child grow.
