My passion for volleyball goes beyond the court. I am proud to have completed my postgraduate thesis on the role of Artificial Intelligence in volleyball refereeing, blending my love for the sport with a commitment to innovation and deep, analytical understanding.

About Meet Head Coach Aleksa Pavic
When you step onto the court with me, do not expect to just run laps and sweat. I analyze your positioning and spiking angles because volleyball is fundamentally mathematics in motion. Whether we are correcting your hand placement for a perfect set or adjusting your stance to cover court gaps, we work on the 'why' behind every move so you gain true game sense, not just muscle memory.
Training with Intent
My coaching philosophy is simple: technique always beats brute force. Drawing from my background as a pro player in Europe and my academic work on AI in sports, I break down every element of your game. You will learn the mechanics behind the bump, the physics of a clean spike, and the mental discipline required to stay calm under pressure.
The Hands-on Approach
You will not find me standing on the sidelines with a clipboard. I am on the court with you, guiding your hands during a setting drill or demonstrating the right jump approach for a spike. This tactile, one-on-one correction is essential for building proper form from day one. I believe in showing, not just telling, which is why we use tools like spike trainers and precision targets to measure your progress.
Building a Volleyball Family
Volleyball is a team sport, and our sessions reflect that. We cultivate a culture where we celebrate every win and learn from every mistake. We always check in with each other—'Kaisa laga practice?' (How was practice?)—to ensure that you are growing not just as an athlete, but as part of a supportive community.
