Why We Do What We Do

For us at Mintonette+ Academy, volleyball’s not just a sport – it’s a way to bring people together. We’re building a genuine volleyball community in Mumbai, where everyone supports each other like family. Chalo, saath mein game ko aage badhate hain! (Let’s grow the game together!)

Our Style

We pay attention to every detail, not just drills. It’s all about mixing professional coaching with solid research and structure. Our programs don’t just work on skills – we help players understand why things work, so they get better angles, stronger spikes, and actually learn the game. We put this same focus into every partnership, making sure growth is measurable.

How We Can Work Together

• Schools and colleges: We’ll set up and run your volleyball program, including a school volleyball curriculum for all ages (U14, U18, and more). We train teams to compete, not just participate.
• Sports clubs and gymkhanas: If you’ve got a court, we’ll help you turn it into a volleyball hub. We handle everything from coaching to scheduling - you get an ekdum professional setup (totally sorted) without the hassle.
• Tournaments and events: We co-host, bring experienced staff, and raise the competitive level so your event stands out. Volleyball tournament management is something we love doing.
