These storytelling designs are personal narratives drawn on your skin. Because I hand-draw every portrait, dhol scene, or hidden name, a full bridal piece takes four to six hours to complete. When you book, we will spend time deciding which symbols matter most to you before I even start the first stroke.
I believe your mehndi should capture the specific moments that define your life. Whether it is a silhouette of your wedding venue, a portrait of you and your partner, or even a tribute to your pet, I work with you to plan the placement of these figures so the design flows naturally across your hands and feet.
My storytelling packages go beyond standard motifs. I use 100% organic henna cones that I prepare myself. This is crucial for getting that deep, dark maroon stain that makes your intricate portraits and architectural details pop. After I finish the application, I apply a lemon-sugar sealant, which is an old-school technique that helps the stain darken beautifully over the next 24 hours.
You are not limited to traditional wedding designs. I have drawn everything from baby shower themes with specific text and cute motifs to elaborate palace scenes on bridal arms.
