My Artistic Process

When you book a session with me, you are not just getting henna on your hands. You are getting a personalized experience. My process starts with understanding your specific vibe, whether that is a traditional bridal look or a modern, minimalist design for an event.

The Materials Matter

I am very particular about what touches your skin. I exclusively use organic henna cones. These are safe, natural, and formulated to give that rich, maroon stain everyone loves. After I finish the design, I guide you through the old-school aftercare rituals—like the sugar-lemon sealant—to lock in the color so it darkens beautifully over the next 48 hours.

Technical Styles

I love experimenting with different textures and shapes:

• Cutwork: This is one of my favorite techniques. I apply the paste and then carefully remove parts of it to create negative space, which makes the intricate designs stand out against your skin.
• Mandala & Geometric: I focus heavily on symmetry, using grids and circles to create balanced, spiritually significant patterns.
• Minimalist Tattoo Style: For parties or smaller events, I enjoy creating fine-line art that mimics the look of a permanent tattoo but with the freedom of henna.

Whether I am working on a grand wedding project or a quick festival motif, I always document the process. It helps me see how my lines have evolved and allows you to understand the effort that goes into every curve and dot.
