This is the first step: the outline. Here you can see the initial sketch of a royal scene with two peacocks in a jharokha before the intricate filling work begins.

About this collection
It all starts with a steady hand and a fine tip. I do not just draw; I map out your story on your skin, starting with the delicate outlines that hold the entire design together. Before the heavy filling happens, I focus entirely on the symmetry and the spacing because those clean, sharp lines are what make the final stain pop. It is the foundation of the whole piece, and it takes hours of patience to get that perfect, crisp look.
People often see the finished, dark stain on the big day, but the real magic is in the hours leading up to it. In this cluster, I am sharing the in-between moments of my work, specifically the pencil-thin outlines and the meticulous filling process.
When I work on a bridal piece, I use a 0.38mm tip to ensure every motif, from the royal jharokhas to the smallest floral vines, is crisp. It is a slow, meditative process. Whether I am sketching a baraat procession or filling in a complex mandala, I focus on consistent pressure to keep the henna flow smooth.

When the outlines are sharp, the contrast against your skin is much cleaner, giving you that rich, deep colour that every bride wants.
