I design and build restaurants and bars that tell a story. From initial concept sketches to the final site handover, my team handles the architecture and interiors so you get a functional, atmospheric space ready for your first guest.

An expansive view of Dubki in Goa at sunset, a project designed to blend seamlessly with its cliffside location by Ozran beach. The multi-level layout and flowing roofline provide every guest with a breathtaking ocean view.

The upper deck of Dubki offers an elevated perspective of the ocean. The fluid fabric on the roof mimics the movement of waves, creating a dynamic yet serene space for dining.

The central courtyard of Dubki, designed as the heart of the restaurant. The open-air design, surrounded by two levels of seating, creates a communal and lively atmosphere that transitions perfectly from day to night.

A high-angle view of Dubki, capturing the organic cutouts in the roof that frame the sky and palm trees. This design choice connects the space to its natural surroundings, enhancing the open, airy feel of this Goa beach club.

As dusk settles over Dubki in Goa, the architectural lighting highlights the unique, wave-like roof structure and the multi-level layout. The space transforms into an intimate, atmospheric setting against the backdrop of the evening sky.

I'm honored that our work on the ceiling at Dubki in Goa was shortlisted for the 2023 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. The design, inspired by ocean waves, was a complex and rewarding challenge.

The ambiance of Dubki at night, where smart lighting transforms the space. This project was a true experiment in materials and construction, and I'm proud it was recognized by the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards.

The bar at Dubki is designed to be a central feature, with a curved, illuminated counter and a backdrop of natural materials. The fluid roofline and open-air setting make it an inviting spot for guests.

This shot captures the main courtyard of Dubki, framed by the unique cave-like architecture. The design creates a journey of discovery, leading guests from an intimate entrance to this grand, open vista.

The seating arrangement at Dubki is designed to feel both communal and private. I used organic-shaped planters and varied furniture to break up the space, ensuring every table feels like its own little oasis.

About Vibrant Hospitality Spaces

When we take on an F&B project, we don't just plan the aesthetics. We manage the heavy-duty technicalities—like kitchen exhaust routing, acoustic dampening for high-noise areas, and high-traffic flooring—alongside the design. For a project like Dubki in Goa, we didn't just sketch the fluid, wave-like roof; we had to develop custom construction methods to build it. You get a space that looks like art but functions like a serious business.
