After pushing your limits in high-intensity Bollywood or Zumba sessions, your muscles need this controlled release to prevent injury and improve your everyday movement, not just your dance form.
Focusing solely on high-intensity cardio is a trap many people fall into. My approach to mobility is simple: you have to look after the machine that does all the work. Whether you are a regular at my Bollywood fitness classes or just need to fix that desk-bound posture, these sessions are key to longevity.
We break down essential movements to improve your range of motion, focusing on hip mobility, spinal flexibility, and active recovery. You do not need to be a gymnast to join. The routines are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to regular gym-goers. It is about learning to listen to your body, understanding your own limits, and slowly pushing them with guided support.
I combine specific warm-ups and post-workout cool-downs to ensure your muscles recover properly after an intense Zumba or aerobics session.
