Bollyfitness Party
This is my main jam, where we turn workouts into a Bollywood dance party. We groove to everything from 90s classics that bring back childhood memories to the latest chartbusters, and even add some Bhojpuri tadka for extra fun. The routines are simple to follow, so you can focus on the music and the energy.
Step It Up: Aerobics Cardio
This is where we take cardio to the next level. Using aerobic steppers, these sessions are designed for an intense lower body workout, targeting your legs and glutes while improving coordination. We combine rhythmic stepping with high-energy Bollywood and Punjabi tracks.
Pind Di Vibe: Bhangra & Punjabi Beats
Get ready to unleash your energy with our Bhangra and Punjabi music sessions. From the classic beats of Daler Mehndi to the modern swag of Diljit Dosanjh, this is a full-body workout that feels like a celebration. It’s all about powerful moves, high knees, and pure Punjabi fun.
Festival & Themed Celebrations
We don’t just dance, we celebrate everything. This is where our dance fam comes together for special themed classes, from the colors of Holi and the dandiya beats of Navratri to patriotic Independence Day sessions. We use props, special playlists, and dress up to make every festival a memorable dance party.

Beyond the Studio
The party doesn't stop at the gym. I also conduct high-energy dance fitness sessions for corporate events to break the office monotony, and outdoor sessions in parks for a dose of fitness in nature. If you have a group and a space, I can bring the party to you.

It's not all high-intensity all the time. We also focus on the important stuff like mobility and flexibility to ensure a holistic approach to fitness. These sessions are designed to improve your range of motion and help in recovery.
