I'm sharing the story behind our iconic Diwali cake. I wanted to create a cake that looked as beautiful as a traditional wedding cake but with a distinctly Indian feel, using marigolds to capture the spirit of the festival.

We only launch our strawberry menu when our long-time vendor, Santosh, gives us the green light from Mahabaleshwar. This ensures you get the berries at the absolute peak of their season, never before. We treat these fresh fruits with a light hand, folding them directly into our signature buttercream, which means you get real flavour in every bite of our strawberry croissant-cakes and eclairs.
Celebrating the Bombay Seasons
Our kitchen in Mahim follows the rhythm of the city. When the winter market fills up with red and black carrots or the first crop of Mahabaleshwar strawberries arrives, our menu changes to match. We believe that using produce at its best is the secret to a great bake, and this approach defines our festive collections.
The No-Fondant Promise
We are strict about our no-fondant policy. Decorations should be as delicious as the cake itself, so we use our signature buttercream and fresh, seasonal elements to do the heavy lifting. For our Diwali cakes, we use real marigold flowers and Indian lattice patterns piped by hand. For Christmas, we focus on rich, rum-soaked fruits and house-made gingerbread. It is about creating edible memories that look beautiful on your table and taste even better.
