About Watch Me Draw: From Blank Page to Funny Face
Most of my process videos capture me using simple black markers on quality ivory paper. I do not use digital shortcuts or filters. Whether I am sketching at a live event in Mumbai or practicing in my studio, what you see is exactly how I build each face—starting with the eyes or nose and letting the personality grow from there, one line at a time.
How I Build a Caricature
People often ask me if I use digital apps. The answer is always no. What you see in these videos is 100% hand-drawn. I start with a bold marker, usually capturing the eyes or the shape of the face first. My goal is to find that one funny feature—maybe a big smile, unique glasses, or a beard—and exaggerate it just enough to make it 'mazedaar' (fun) without losing the likeness.
Why I Share My Process
I believe art is like breathing. Sharing these 'Watch Me Draw' clips isn't just about showing off; it is about showing you that art is a process of constant practice. You will see me draw actors, family members, and even random people I meet. If a drawing looks a bit 'thoda darawna' (a little scary), that is just me having fun with proportions!
Get Your Own Hand-Drawn Art
If you like what you see in the videos, imagine it on your own wall. I create black and white sketches, full-color portraits, and fun couple caricatures that serve as the perfect gift. Everything is drawn on paper, reinforced with stiffeners, and delivered with the same passion you see in these clips. No prints, no digital copies—just original art with my signature on it. Radhe Radhe.
