About Vibrant Color Caricatures
When you choose the color option, I don't just fill in the lines. I match your clothing colors from your photo and use artist-grade pencils to create depth and shading. It takes me 2-3 days to get the blending just right, but that extra bit of detail makes the portrait look really lively and fun.
How I Create Your Color Caricature
Unlike my quick black and white sketches, the color caricatures are a labor of love. I start with a bold outline using permanent markers on 180-200 GSM drawing paper. Once the shape is set, I use a mix of color pencils and brush pens to add personality and pop.

A Note on the Process

My style is always about having a laugh and keeping things light. If you want something that feels a bit more serious, let me know, but honestly, I think a little exaggeration and a lot of color is the best way to make a gift truly memorable.
