Jewellery campaigns are not just about aesthetics. They are about lighting mechanics. On a shoot, I do not just apply foundation. I use sweat-proof, high-contrast products that ensure your jewellery shines while the skin remains matte under 4K strobe lights. Whether it is an antique gold set or a modern diamond line, I ensure the makeup enhances the metal texture rather than competing with it.
Shooting a commercial campaign is different from a standard event. You are working with high-resolution cameras, harsh strobes, and intense studio heat. My technical approach focuses on durability and photographic accuracy. I use heavy photographic contouring and structural hairstyling that survives hours of re-takes. If the brief calls for a traditional Kanjeevaram look, I focus on heavy draping and setting accessories like Mathapatti or waist belts so they do not shift during the shoot.
