I still remember the chaos of getting ready for my first major fashion show over a video call. That specific type of improvisation is what I teach in my workshops, because textbooks do not cover what happens when your makeup artist cancels an hour before call time.
My path was not a straight line. I went from Statistics Honours to juggling shoots between Delhi and Mumbai, and I learned very quickly that the glamour seen on the red carpet is only five percent of the job. The rest is logistics, sourcing, and problem-solving under pressure.
